Invitation to BE Beautiful Today!

Hello Everyone!

 

As we gear up for the holiday season, things can get a little hectic and stress levels can go up. There is a lot of “doing” going on right now as we make plans and preparations, attend social functions and do extra shopping. When our list of things to accomplish during the day increases, our stress levels generally increase as well. When we allow ourselves to become stressed, it is more difficult to see what’s right with the world and much easier to identify what we would like to be different.Be concerned today not so much with what you are doing, but with who you are BEING while you are doing it. Are you approching your day with dread, feeling stressed by the sheer magnitude of your To-Do list? Are you not looking forward to “dealing” with certain people? Are you overloaded at work? Concerned about money? If we put our energy into “what is wrong” by complaining about it, judging it, resisting it, trying to “fix” it, or attempting to avoid it we just give more power to what it is we don’t want!
