Many of us are familiar with the idea famously put forth by Louise Hay that we are all perfect, whole and complete.  We need to do nothing in order to be that way – we always automatically are. I do my best to remember this but there are times when it can be more challenging than others. 

Gift giving during the holidays can be a dodgy endeavor. It is a time of year when Egos and social conventions become entwined in a high stakes game of give and take with relationships and status on the line.  Governing it all is a complex, unwritten code that dictates what we can and cannot accept, and who we can or cannot accept it from. It can all get pretty confusing.
